Save Our Beach - Call to Action  


As many of you are aware, the Coronado City Council recently authorized funding up to $100,000 to be spent studying building a multi-purpose path along our beach.  Very gratifyingly, the council is scheduled to discuss reconsidering this proposal at their next meeting.  That meeting will take place at 4:00pm on Tuesday August 18th in the City Council Chambers.  In order to insure that the Council votes in favor of reconsidering this funding, it is essential that we residents marshall our efforts and let the Council know of our opposition to funding this study.  Therefore, please forward this email message to EVERY ONE of your friends who are residents of Coronado.  We need to ensure that the Council receives as many emails as possible before the vote on Tuesday the 18th.  Now is the time for action and we need your help!
